Download and install DNA Baser Client package

Download DNA Baser Client package in all your client computers. If you already have DNA Baser Standard (single user) package installed, replace it with this package.

Install the program anywhere you like. A folder such us "C:\DNA Baser\" or "C:\DNA Baser Client\" or "C:\Program Files\DNA Baser Master" will do it.

The installation process of DNA Baser Client is similar to the installation process of the standard (single user) edition described here (steps 1-4).

Running the client

On each computer, navigate to the folder were DNA Baser Client was installed. Double click the Dna Baser v3 Client application. DNA Baser should start and you should be able to start using it immediately. For details please see "How it works" section.

Notes:

• You don't need a key for each client computer.
• You must use the same version of DNA Baser for master and clients!
• Up to 255 clients can connect to the master at the same time

Troubleshooting

If DNA Baser Client says "Cannot find server. Please contact your system admin..." it means that DNA Baser Master is not running or the clients has problems connecting to the master. Please check the troubleshooting section. Even if the setup process does not require advanced IT skills, you may want to contact your network administrator to assist you with it.
